Holiday Inn Express & Suites Seguin by IHG

We had an exceptional stay, and it was all thanks to the incredible front desk team. Our flight was significantly delayed, and since we booked through a third-party site, we were worried our reservation might be canceled. Thankfully, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our room was still ready for us when we arrived late at night. I had also arranged for a delivery of some important medication I forgot to pack, and the staff kindly held it securely until we checked in. Their attention to detail and genuine care really made a difference. The most touching part of our stay, though, was when my stepdaughter lost her childhood stuffed animal. We were all heartbroken, but the front desk was amazing — they helped us search, tracked it down, and made sure it was safely returned to us. Their kindness and effort meant the world to our family. I can’t thank the staff enough for their professionalism, empathy, and outstanding service. Highly recommend staying here — they truly go the extra mile.

Good room for disabled people. Very wide with no carpet, so the walker, wheelchair and hoyer lift rolled easily. Had a bath chair and hand-held shower head, but had to use it in a tub which was very narrow. Also, the room needed more lamps/lights.

Clean great location no carpet which i like...dove shampoo etc. Bottles not bars of soap. Plenty of storage. My favorite room layout of any hotel i have ever stayed at. 2 benches for luggage. I didn't have to open luggage on floor or bed or chair. Hooks on wall for jackets etc. Only 3 hangers in closet need more. Ceiling fan was a surprise. Refrigerator is not a mini. It is the next size up. Comes with microwave. Will save this location in my google maps. i will not hesitate to stay here again. High occupany so i didnt stay for breakfast.

The location is absolutely great. Plenty of food options around and an Academy five below in Hobby lobby minutes away. Housekeeping was responsive with towels upon request. The room did have a musky smell. The morning breakfast had a good variety of options. Overall a good stay.

Kid friendly hotel! Very clean and staffed with very kind people. Nice gym and decent breakfast. We especially enjoyed the size of the room. Samuel from the front desk went out of his way to find me a crib for my baby last minute during our stay. Thank you for making our stay much more comfortable and safe, Samuel!! We appreciate your kindness.

I call the hotel to check my reservation and Samuel helped me, from the front desk. He was quick and helpful. Very nice and looking forward to my stay. Already off to a good start at this hotel!

I had a wonderful stay and want to recognize Madison at the front desk for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the perfect size, which made the stay even better. Madison’s positive attitude truly made a difference, and I’m very thankful for her help. Highly recommend this hotel!

Service was excellent - folks went out of their way to be helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We drove down from Dallas for a Spurs game and stayed here (wanted to avoid right downtown). Would stay again.
